About this role

We are seeking a skilled Operations and Service Delivery Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client outcomes by fully integrating and mobilizing relationships with insurers, while providing specialist expertise throughout the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the creation of short and long-term business strategies in collaboration with stakeholders and execute agreed plans
  • Develop and deliver operational programs, projects, and services that drive business growth and improvement
  • Align with the organization's strategy to deliver continual improvement in areas such as risk, compliance, quality, and productivity
  • Build and maintain high-quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively identify stakeholder needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Ensure teams adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve client satisfaction and service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing teams and projects
  • Technology proficiency, preferably with experience in RPA/NON-RPA automation, process design, and business development
