Job Title: Programme Controls Specialist

As a Programme Controls Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the programme of works for large-scale schemes, managing budgets, and coordinating with estimators, engineers, surveyors, and architects.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage project controls systems to monitor and maintain control of cost and schedule performance.
  • Collaborate with contractors to agree on progress measurement methodologies and ensure timely submission of project actuals.
  • Participate in project planning processes to define scopes, resources, and budgets.
  • Measure current performance and predict future performance using valid performance measurement techniques such as earned value management.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of earned value data and process compliance.
  • Create and implement project controls plans to support contract requirements and successful project execution.
  • Lead change control and baseline management for the programme and collaborate with Project Managers to produce accurate cost estimates for change orders.
  • Sustain and improve planning, risk, cost control, and change control management policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate or graduate degree in an engineering discipline.
  • Professional Project Management Certification (preferably from PMI) or Post Graduate degree in Project Engineering and Management or Post Graduate degree in Advanced Construction Management.
