Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing customer interactions, and tracking performance metrics to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
    • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
    • Identify and explore new platforms or trends that align with our target audience.
  • Content Planning & Creation:
    • Plan and create engaging content (posts, reels, shorts, carousels, etc.) tailored to each platform.
    • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and video editors to develop high-quality visuals and videos.
    • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.
  • Community Engagement & Customer Interaction:
    • Proactively engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a strong online community.
    • Answer customer queries in a timely and professional manner across all social platforms.
    • Address negative feedback and escalate critical issues to the relevant teams.
  • Influencer & Collaboration Management:
    • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, content creators, and brand advocates.
    • Track influencer performance and engagement metrics to assess ROI.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization:
    • Monitor and analyze social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
    • Track key metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, CTR, etc.) and optimize strategies based on data.
    • Provide regular reports on social media growth, campaign effectiveness, and audience insights.
  • Paid & Organic Growth:
    • Work with the digital marketing team to strategize and implement paid social media campaigns.
    • Optimize organic reach through hashtag strategies, collaborations, and content variations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in managing social media for brands.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, ShareChat, and other relevant platforms.
