Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging video content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and wider marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and engagement.
  • Help build out the monthly social media calendar in alignment with brand pillars and overall marketing strategy.
  • Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Perform daily community engagement tasks, including responding to comments, direct messages, and story tags.
  • Support our social media influencer program by maintaining relationships, monitoring their social activity, and approving their social content for posting.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and video production.
  • Assist with other marketing and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Interest in social media marketing and digital content creation.
  • Ability to analyze trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
  • Experience with major social media platforms.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Copywriting experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
  • Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus.
  • Degree ambitions in Marketing, Communications, or related field of study is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Hubspot platform is a plus.
