Social Media Strategist
About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to manage and elevate our brand's presence across social media platforms. If you have a knack for storytelling, a strong understanding of trends, and the ability to craft compelling campaigns that drive engagement and conversions, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement end-to-end social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.

• Plan and execute engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest.

• Research trends, audience insights, and competitor strategies to optimize campaigns.

• Create content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Content & Creativity:

• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to develop high-quality visuals, videos, and copy.

• Ideate and implement viral-worthy campaigns that enhance brand engagement.

• Optimize content formats for each platform (Reels, Stories, Carousels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

Community Engagement & Growth:

• Build and nurture an active online community through real-time engagement.

• Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and brand-aligned manner.

• Implement strategies to grow follower base and audience engagement organically.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

• Monitor KPIs like reach, engagement, CTR, leads, and conversions.

• Use analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) to assess performance.

• Continuously optimize content and ad strategies based on data insights.

Paid Social & Influencer Collaborations:

• Plan and manage paid social media campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.

• Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry leaders to drive engagement.

• Track and measure ROI from influencer collaborations.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• 2-5 years of experience in Social Media Strategy/Marketing.

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content trends, and audience psychology.

• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, and social media tools.

• Creative mindset with the ability to ideate viral and high-performing content.

• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.

• Experience in handling paid ad campaigns & influencer partnerships is a plus.

• Knowledge of basic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a bonus.
