Job Title: Social Media Head & Training Lead

Location: Chennai (On-site)

Industry: Education, Digital Marketing

Reporting To: CEO, Digital Scholar

Key Responsibilities Role 1: Social Media Head – Managing Digital Scholar's Online Presence

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and oversee the content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube & Facebook.
  • Collaborate with designers & video editors to create high-engagement posts, reels, carousels & shorts.
  • Maintain a strong brand voice aligned with Digital Scholar's positioning.

Performance & Growth

  • Optimize organic & paid growth strategies for higher reach & lead generation.
  • Implement data-driven content marketing & community-building strategies.
  • Use AI tools & analytics (ChatGPT, Midjourney, SocialBee, etc.) to refine content.

Influencer & Community Engagement

  • Engage with students, alumni & industry leaders through collaborations & live sessions.
  • Develop partnerships with ed-tech brands & influencer-driven campaigns.

Paid Media & Campaigns

  • Work with the performance marketing team to optimize ad creatives.
  • Monitor paid campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Role 2: Training Lead – Managing Digital Scholar's Learning & Faculty

Curriculum Development & Oversight

  • Assist in curriculum planning & structuring course modules for trainers.
  • Ensure training sessions are practical, interactive & industry-relevant.
  • Collaborate with industry experts & guest trainers for specialized sessions.

Trainer & Student Engagement

  • Supervise faculty for effective content delivery & student learning experience.
  • Provide real-time feedback to trainers & optimize training methodologies.
  • Conduct weekly Q&A sessions or mentorship calls for student progress tracking.

AI & Automation in Training

  • Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, HeyGen, RunwayML for interactive learning.
  • Work on creating AI-driven educational content (video, guides, quizzes).

Alumni & Industry Collaboration

  • Establish alumni-driven mentorship programs to enhance student success.
  • Work with the placement team to ensure high student employability & networking.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Skills Required:

Strong expertise in Social Media Growth & Paid Ads

Knowledge of AI tools & automation for content creation

Experience in training, curriculum structuring & faculty collaboration

Hands-on experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook & Twitter marketing

Knowledge of digital marketing trends, influencer marketing & content psychology

Ability to analyze performance metrics & improve engagement rates

Excellent team management & leadership skills
