Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong interest in business development and sales.

The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and research potential clients across various industries, including IT, BPO, and emerging sectors. This involves analyzing lead-generation metrics, recommending improvements for conversion rates, and maintaining CRM tools and managing the sales pipeline accurately.

Additionally, the Business Development Coordinator will assist in outreach strategy execution, including email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, and cold calls. They will also support the creation of pitch decks, proposals, and follow-up materials.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong interest in B2B sales, staffing, and IT services
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable using tools like Excel, CRM systems, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Available for a 45-day internship
