Role Overview
As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continued success of our clients by developing and executing tailored plans to drive business growth.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.
- Develop and implement comprehensive client success plans, outlining clear goals and key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical questions or escalations, providing timely and effective support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with account management teams to secure contract renewals and expand our client base.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for expanding usage across the client's organization.
- Lead pilot programs and participate in results presentations to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing major accounts.
- Technical expertise in the cybersecurity field, with good analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
