Mathematical Modeller for Gaming

We are seeking an experienced Mathematical Modeller to join our gaming team.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop mathematical models that can solve complex gaming-related problems.

  • You will use advanced techniques such as probability, statistics, game theory, numerical methods, and applied mathematics to improve algorithms, game mechanics, and player experience.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and game designers to ensure seamless integration of mathematical models into our games.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement mathematical models to optimize probabilistic systems, scoring, and rewards.
  • Analyze and validate models for accuracy and scalability using simulations and statistical methods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Mathematical Modelling/Analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of Probability, Statistics, Game Theory, Numerical Methods, and Applied Mathematics.
  • Experience in the gaming industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB, R, Python (NumPy/SciPy) or similar tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
