Faculty Lead - Game Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Faculty Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating curriculum delivery, planning, and quality assurance for the B.Des. Game Design & Animation program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in game development, animation, and interactive programming. They will be expected to develop and teach core courses, mentor students in game development projects, and integrate programming modules into course content.

The Faculty Lead will also be responsible for leading collaborations with industry partners, supporting faculty development, and organizing game jams, showcases, and co-curricular events.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate curriculum delivery, planning, and quality assurance.
  • Develop and teach core courses in game design, animation, and interactive programming.
  • Mentor students in game development projects and industry-linked internships.
  • Integrate programming modules into course content.
  • Lead collaborations with industry partners.
  • Support faculty development and organize events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Game Design, Animation, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant academic or industry experience.
  • Strong portfolio of game/interactive projects and/or published work.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
