About this Role

As a Prompt Engineer, you will utilize our proprietary AI toolchain to generate, iterate, and judge new games and mini-apps daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rapid Game Development: Ship fresh games/apps every day via internal builders.
  • Self-Quality Assurance & Rating: Speed-run your own output, score it, and log why it excels or falls short.
  • Peer Review: Play, rank, and annotate fellow team members' work to elevate standards.
  • Prompt Best Practices: Distill winning chains into reusable templates and documentation.
  • Feedback Mechanisms: File concise bug / UX reports that unblock engineers and refine the AI.
  • Metric Analysis: Track engagement dashboards; adjust levers to boost retention.

Requirements

  • 1-3 yrs hands-on experience with General AI (ChatGPT, DALL-E/Midjourney, LLM chains).
  • A gamer's taste and ability to articulate why something's enjoyable (or not).
  • Comfortable communication in English, both verbally and written.
  • The ability to prioritize ideas effectively.
  • Bonus: basic proficiency in code (light JS/Lua/React), marketing (social media fluency), or data (basic SQL) would be advantageous.
