Master Data Integration Lead

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end data integration projects across various business domains, ensuring seamless data flows between systems. As a Master Data Integration Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data mapping strategies, managing data quality, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive data integration roadmaps in alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, mapping rules, and transformation logic.
  • Lead the execution of data integration activities across all project phases: data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reconciliation.
  • Manage master data, transactional data, and historical records migration from legacy systems to target platforms.
  • Coordinate with functional and technical teams to validate and test data in the target system.
  • Implement automated and repeatable data integration processes.
  • Define and enforce data quality rules, cleansing standards, and validation procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of integrated data with regulatory and audit standards.
  • Coordinate data reconciliation, defect tracking, and issue resolution processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in data integration, data management, or related roles.
  • Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle data integration for a major ERP, HCM, or CRM implementation.
  • Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, BAAN, etc.
  • Experience with data integration tools.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, master data management (MDM), and data governance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
