Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will use their technical expertise in conjunction with AI coding assistants to create a streamlined and high-quality method of moving data from legacy platforms to our platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Candidate Profile
    You will be an experienced applicant with a proven track record of conducting customer migrations (20+). You must have a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs, including people, projects, and companies.
  • Technical Skills
    You will possess strong technical skills, including experience with dbt, AWS, Redshift, SQL, and Cursor. You will also be familiar with pipeline development and data transformation & modelling.
  • Key Responsibilities
    Design, manage, and optimize complex data migrations; develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift; build a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs so the thought process becomes second nature; own the end-to-end process, including the injection of new data into our production environments and supporting customer success.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary based on location and experience, supplemented with many equity options. We also provide bonus per migration, which is currently 10% of revenues.

Others

Our current team is spread across Greece, Italy, and India, and we have a preference for candidates in similar time zones. However, we're open to other locations if there's a reasonable time zone alignment. The interview process includes a 45-minute call, IQ + competency test, technical challenge, 60-minute technical interview, and cultural interviews.
