Job Description:

Seeking an experienced professional with 15+ years of tenure in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or consulting roles focused on CPG clients. The ideal candidate will possess broad and deep knowledge across the CPG value chain, particularly in marketing strategy, pricing and revenue growth management, trade promotion and assortment planning, and consumer and market insights.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working closely with senior stakeholders across strategy, commercial, and analytics teams. They will also demonstrate strong strategic thinking, with experience helping solve complex, cross-functional challenges in CPG.

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve brand performance.
  • Analyze data to inform pricing decisions and optimize trade promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute customer engagement programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
