Key Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Events Strategist to develop and execute comprehensive events strategies, aligning with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • The ideal candidate will plan and execute events that generate and accelerate qualified opportunities, directly contributing to revenue growth.
  • This role oversees operational aspects of event execution, including vendor management, logistics coordination, booth & collateral production, and budget optimization.
  • The Senior Events Strategist will oversee the end-to-end event experience, from pre-event promotion to drive attendance, creating a powerful onsite brand experience and efficient lead capture process.
  • This includes managing post-event processes, such as nurture workflows, reporting hygiene, and performance analysis, demonstrating ROI for every event.

Measurable Goals

  • The successful candidate will deliver event-sourced qualified pipeline consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly targets (measured in pipeline dollars and Sales Qualified Leads/SQLs).
  • Achieving a minimum of 150% ROI on event spend is essential (calculated as pipeline generated divided by cost).
  • Maintaining a specific, healthy cost-per-SQL threshold ensures efficiency.

Collaboration

  • Daily partnership with key teams across the organization, including Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales & SDR/LDR, RevOps & Design, and External Vendors.
