Job Title: Infrastructure Operations Manager

A site engineer plays a crucial role in the project's success by overseeing and managing day-to-day activities on-site. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and workers to ensure projects progress efficiently, meet quality and safety standards, and adhere to project plans and schedules.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily construction activities align with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor work on-site to guarantee it meets quality and safety standards as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to maintain a secure work environment for all personnel.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers, and project managers to optimize resource allocation.
  • Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering issues, and make decisions related to construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.
  • Address and resolve unexpected issues during construction, offering practical solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Keep clients informed about project progress, address their concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Degree: Bachelor of Technology/Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering
  • Experience: Entry-Level
  • Proficiency in construction management and administration.
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
