Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager.

This role will involve overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, workforce planning, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, with proven expertise in recruitment, talent management, and benefits administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, including onboarding, induction, training, and performance management processes. Additionally, they will provide support to the broader business functions to ensure seamless office operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in small to mid-size businesses
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
  • Fluency in Telugu language (spoken and written)

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Talent Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the interview process, and onboard new employees.
  2. Employee Engagement: Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, motivation, and productivity.
  3. Workforce Planning: Analyze organizational needs and develop plans to address future workforce requirements.
  4. Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws and regulations, including PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance.
  5. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes to drive employee growth and development.
  6. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including salary, bonuses, stock options, and other incentives.
  7. HR Operations: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, coordinating events, and providing general HR services.
