As a retail store manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

  • Attend to customers visiting the store for article drop-off and collection, ensuring a friendly and professional interaction.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and aesthetics, ensuring it meets high standards.
  • Manage inventory of stock, ensuring items are properly logged and available as needed.
  • Handle daily cash collection and prepare end-of-day financial summaries with accuracy.
  • Follow up with customers regarding the collection of completed orders.
  • Resolve customer concerns or grievances politely and confidently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay in close communication with the operations team to ensure smooth processing of articles and resolve any logistical issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of transactions, stock, and customer interactions to ensure transparency and efficiency.
