Delivering projects successfully requires a strategic approach and effective leadership. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects within agreed-upon scope, timeline, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project timelines and ensure timely completion
  • Monitor and control project deliverables to meet quality standards
  • Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders, team members, or clients
  • Provide coaching and support to team members on assigned tasks
  • Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead MEP activities across multiple projects, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, ELV systems
  • Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for seamless integration
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with local and international codes and regulations
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations for MEP services
  • Conduct site inspections and quality audits to verify adherence to design and safety standards
  • Present project updates to stakeholders and senior management
  • Implement energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in MEP project management
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with green building practices and energy codes is an asset
