Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building services and be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project deliverables meet requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and cost estimates.
  • Review and approve contractor shop drawings, technical specifications, and testing & commissioning reports.
  • Ensure compliance with design intent, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and track variable costs, coordinate with the Project Manager, and finalize project handing over documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of building services, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Security & Surveillance Systems, and Building Management systems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
