
Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tele Sales Executive to join our team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through outbound calls, gathering application details, and updating internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and close deals effectively
- Handle inbound calls and guide customers through the application process with ease
- Provide consistent follow-up and support to ensure successful conversion
- Share feedback and sales insights with team leads to improve performance
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele-sales or customer service, preferably with dialer systems
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; confident and persuasive
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM platforms
- Resilient and target-driven with strong follow-up skills
To succeed in this role, you must be able to work under pressure, handle rejection, and maintain a high level of enthusiasm for sales and customer engagement.
