Job Opportunity - Loan Originations Team Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and guide a team of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) in the loan origination process. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the loan DSA process, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of loan DSAs to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee the end-to-end loan origination process, encompassing client acquisition, loan processing, and documentation.
  • Provide comprehensive training and guidance to team members on loan products, sales methodologies, and customer service best practices.
  • Monitor team performance, offer constructive feedback, and ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Develop strategic initiatives to enhance loan sales and expand the team's market presence.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and clients to ensure seamless loan processing.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements throughout the loan process.
  • Regularly review and analyze team performance, suggesting improvements as needed.
  • Address and resolve client issues, providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in the loan DSA or financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of loan products and the DSA process.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to drive results, handle challenges, and adapt to changing market conditions.
