Job Title: Digital Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our advertising department, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and managing native ad campaigns across leading platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning: Plan and launch native ad campaigns across leading platforms, ensuring strong analytical skills and campaign management expertise.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor campaign performance daily, identify trends, and drive optimizations to achieve KPIs (CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
  • AB Testing: Execute A/B tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages to maximize performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to maximize performance.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and recommend scaling strategies.
  • Platform Updates: Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and native advertising best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in display or native advertising campaign management.
  • Digital Marketing Metrics: Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics: CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, etc.
  • Tracking Tools: Experience with tracking and attribution tools.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Audience Targeting: Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategies.
  • Creative Testing: Understanding of creative testing and performance optimization in native ads.
