Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Account Growth Specialist to manage the advertising journey on Amazon Advertising. This individual will be responsible for sales, onboarding, and campaign launch by building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of key business metrics like ad revenue and ad product adoption for multiple categories through leadership of the account management function.
  • Team Leadership - Management of advertiser-facing account managers across all activities such as hiring, training, and performance management for effective delivery.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders (Sales, Finance, marketing) and service as a key member of self-serve Advertising team, driving overall Amazon Advertising strategy and business growth with focus on metrics and adoptions.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles with data analysis expertise.
  • MBA degree.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM tools like Salesforce or similar software.
  • 2+ years of mentoring, leading, and coaching experience.
  • Experience working with engineering and product teams to define and bring products to market.
