
Digital Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist to lead and optimize paid performance campaigns across digital platforms.
This role is crucial in driving new customer acquisition, improving return on investment (ROI), and supporting full-funnel growth marketing initiatives.
- Manage performance budgets efficiently to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build high-performing funnels through audience segmentation, ad sequencing, and remarketing strategies.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives aligned with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Conduct regular A/B tests on ad copies, creatives, CTAs, and landing pages.
- Set up performance dashboards and track metrics like click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, bounce rate, and attribution paths.
- Monitor platform algorithms and trends to adapt campaigns in real-time for better results.
This role requires 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for direct-to-consumer (D2C) or consumer brands.
A strong command of Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4) is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience working in a startup, D2C brand, or digital agency environment is an advantage.
