Job Role Overview

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for supporting the operational implementation of new collateral agreements. This involves working closely with the Collateral team to ensure seamless execution of repos and derivatives.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Performing Data Quality analysis prior to issuing margin calls.
  • Preparing margin calls, including netting cash flows and rolling interest.
  • Issuing margin calls and booking eligible credit support.
  • Managing fails and substitutions of collateral with CCP and clients.
  • Providing client reporting and monthly interest settlements.
  • Maintaining ISDA/CSA setup knowledge.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related role.
  • Strong understanding of IT architecture and operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with cross-platform and process projects.
  • Experience working with external customers and service teams.
  • Decision-making capabilities and ability to innovate.
  • Oral and written French communication skills (desired).
