Collateral Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Collateral Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing our collateral portfolio.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Reconciliation and Monitoring: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of our collateral portfolio.
  • Daily Margin Exchange and Settlement: Coordinate daily margin exchange with counterparties and resolve any settlement exceptions.
  • MTM Breaks Management: Identify and manage market-to-market breaks in our collateral portfolio.
  • Resolving Discrepancies: Collaborate with middle offices and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and breaks in the collateral chain.
  • Collateral Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve disputes related to collateral holdings.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide insightful data analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
  • Key Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics to measure success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in collateral management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
