Job Summary

You will play a vital role in managing critical fund operations and ensuring compliance as an Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily reviews of pre-trade controls and fund eligibility to ensure seamless transaction processing.
  • Assess and report un-invested collateral balances to stakeholders for timely decision-making.
  • Complete regulatory checks on fund investments to maintain financial integrity.
  • Monitor and manage overdrawn balances for commingled funds to prevent financial losses.
  • Reconcile client-directed capital cash flows to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare MIS for high-value and aged breaks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate and process transitions for client accounts to minimize disruptions.
  • Reconcile transition breaks and resolve queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Compile monthly reports on regulatory checks and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Troubleshoot inquiries related to fund reconciliation to provide expert support.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong relationships.
  • Possess knowledge of financial regulations and compliance to maintain industry standards.
  • Utilize AI tools like Alteryx/Xceptor for automation to increase efficiency.
  • Develop skills in data visualization using Tableau to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for scalable solutions to drive business growth.
