Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Ensure the integrity of our financial records by maintaining proper journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient accounting methods.
  • Review vendor invoices and ensure compliance with our payment terms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors to negotiate favorable payment terms.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
