Financial Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to join our team as a Financial Operations Specialist.
The ideal candidate has a solid background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and a strong attention to detail. In this role, you will support all aspects of financial operations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions.
- Process financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and other financial records to maintain accurate financial data.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing journal entries and assisting with general ledger account reconciliations.
- Develop and implement financial procedures to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Audit financial records regularly to verify accuracy and completeness.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes as needed, providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
