Financial Operations Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for performing various types of activities related to banking and investor services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for daily communication with clients and external parties and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation for opening and closing bank accounts with multiple banking partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams and banks to fulfill KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates of documentation as per periodic review cycles.
- Perform KYC/AML checks for investor subscriptions, redemptions, and switches.
- Review and verify investor documents including identification, tax forms, and beneficial ownership information.
- Work closely with transfer agents and fund administrators to ensure smooth investor onboarding and compliance.
- Evaluate full compliance with global KYC/AML regulations and escalate any high-risk indicators to senior stakeholders.
- Support audits, regulatory requests, and internal controls testing.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
