This role is centered around handling various financial tasks and processes within the banking and taxation sectors. You will play a critical part in managing our financial operations with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and up-to-date documentation.
About the Role:We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual who can manage our financial processes with a strong focus on banking operations, GST compliance, TDS, TCS, Taxation & Audit, and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day banking transactions and reconciliations.
- Manage GST filings and compliance with tax regulations.
- Draft professional letters and emails for financial correspondence.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in audits.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and related documentation.
- Support in financial reporting and cash flow management.
- Co-ordinate with accounting teams.
- Liaise with vendors and clients regarding payments and statements.
- Good knowledge of GST, taxation, and banking procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Strong skills in email drafting and professional correspondence.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Prior experience in accounting or finance roles preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality.
