Warehouse Coordinator Job Role and Responsibilities

The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for receiving, checking, and recording incoming materials and consumables. This includes issuing materials to relevant departments against proper documentation.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records in ERP/manual registers, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and identification of items. The Coordinator will also monitor stock levels and assist in timely replenishment, as well as coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for material availability.

  • Conducting periodic stock audits and cycle counts.
  • Maintaining housekeeping, safety, and compliance in stores.
  • Supporting disposal/return of non-conforming, excess, or obsolete items.

Key aspects of this role include preparing reports related to inventory, consumption, and stock movement.

3-4 years of experience at Stores/Warehouse is required, along with a Diploma/B.E qualification.

This position plays a vital role in the organization's supply chain operations, ensuring seamless communication between departments and effective management of inventory.
