Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations within the textile industry. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, smooth material handling, compliance with safety standards, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is required for effective communication with local staff and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Implement and monitor inventory control processes to minimize discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely distribution and dispatch of textile products to meet customer demands.
  • Supervise warehouse staff and allocate tasks to ensure efficiency.
  • Maintain warehouse infrastructure, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to streamline supply chain.
  • Generate and analyze warehouse reports (stock status, material movement, wastage, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory norms, and audit requirements.
  • Train and motivate warehouse team members for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 - 8 years of proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the textile industry.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS software is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
  • Strong communication skills in Kannada and Hindi (English will be an added advantage).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle large-scale operations.
