Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET and PHP, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end support for applications built on .NET or PHP.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and server-related issues.
  • Perform debugging, performance tuning, and deployment activities.
  • Work with WAMP stack environments.
  • Manage Windows Server OS, including configuration, monitoring, and patching.
  • Create and maintain documentation across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in application support with .NET or PHP.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with WAMP stack and related technologies.
  • Good understanding of Windows Server administration.

A highly skilled engineer will be adept at working with cross-functional teams to ensure application availability and reliability.
