Key Account Manager Role

In this key role, you will act as a primary point of contact for our clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will manage high-value accounts, ensure client satisfaction, develop tailored engagement strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

This role demands excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a deep understanding of client service excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Foster long-term relationships with assigned clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client needs and inquiries.
  • Understand client goals and proactively identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or process optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of seamless client experiences.
  • Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies to increase satisfaction and retention.
  • Track client feedback and work with relevant teams to implement improvements.
Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer experience roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and meet KPIs.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Experience using CRM or client management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for creating positive client experiences.
Nice to Have
  • Experience working in HR tech or advertising technology.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role with high-growth or startup environments.
