Senior Director of Enterprise Security

We are seeking a highly skilled Vice President of Identity and Access Management who will lead the implementation of our Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solution. As an MFA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's digital assets.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of MFA technologies, including Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust MFA solutions that meet our security needs while complying with industry regulations.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for developing and enforcing MFA policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed. You will work closely with architecture teams to design solutions that meet our security requirements.
As an experienced professional, you will provide training and support to internal teams and end-users on MFA processes and tools, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of the new system. You will also be responsible for monitoring MFA usage, analyzing performance metrics, and providing regular reports to management regarding MFA effectiveness and potential improvements.
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in identity and access management, with a strong background in MFA technologies. They will be able to demonstrate their expertise through certifications such as CISSP or CISM.

- MFA Implementation & Migration: Drive the migration project from Cisco DUO and RSA SecurID to Microsoft Authenticator, ensuring minimal disruption to services and user experience.
