Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Director to lead complex, high-impact projects from initiation to successful delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Overall planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects.
  • Scope Definition: Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Project Planning: Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively resolving issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitating cross-functional collaboration across engineering, business, operations, and external partners.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Reporting: Providing transparent and regular reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Mentorship: Mentoring and guiding junior project managers to strengthen the project management function.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years in a senior/lead capacity.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Methodologies: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, strong organizational and leadership capabilities with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Tools: Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).
  • Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
