We are seeking a seasoned professional to provide end-to-end guidance and support to our team members in driving customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to our team members on cash application and accounting processes.
  • Support the execution of transactions related to bad debts write-off and reserve in our enterprise resource planning system.
  • Address questions and concerns from our team members and supervisors regarding cash application and accounting processes.
About You

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or management.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in order to cash process, accounting, and/or process project management.
  • Financial accounting or reporting knowledge.
  • Experience working with SAP is highly desirable.
