Job Title: SAP Plant Maintenance Specialist

 

Job Description

The successful SAP PM Consultant will lead the implementation, support, and enhancement of the SAP Plant Maintenance module to ensure seamless plant operations, equipment maintenance, and business process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end SAP PM module implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
  • Configure and customize Plant Maintenance processes including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
  • Manage master data for equipment, functional locations, BOM, task lists, and work centers.
  • Develop and manage maintenance plans, notifications, work orders, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with MM, PP, FI/CO, and QM modules.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, gap analysis, and solution design.
  • Prepare and review functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
  • Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and provide end-user training/documentation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of SAP PM solutions.
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve incidents, service requests, and enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP PM consultant with:

  • At least 7 years of experience in SAP PM implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of PM processes: preventive, corrective, refurbishment, calibration, and breakdown maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience in master data configuration and maintenance planning.
  • Good understanding of integration with MM (materials), PP (production), and FI/CO (finance & controlling).
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA PM is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments.
