SAP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished SAP implementation specialist to join our global project team on a multi-year SAP S/4HANA program. As a fully remote freelance opportunity, this role is ideal for consultants who want to grow quickly, contribute meaningfully, and work on real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement core SAP modules: FICO, SD, MM, PP, QM, HCM, SF, etc.
  • Collaborate with functional and business teams to gather and document requirements.
  • Translate business needs into system solutions and functional specifications.
  • Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and custom developments.
  • Assist with data migration, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an SAP consultant.
  • Good understanding of modules and associated business processes.
  • Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation, rollout, or major support project.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in collaborating with global teams.
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Experience with integration touchpoints across modules like MM, SD, and Treasury.
  • Prior experience in Pharma, FMCG, or Manufacturing sectors.
  • Familiarity with data migration tools and group reporting.
