Job Title: SAP Inventory Management Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an SAP inventory management specialist. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and executing test scenarios for goods movement, stock transfers, and physical inventory.

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans for inventory processes, including goods movement, stock transfers, and physical inventory validation.
  • Validate inventory updates across distribution centers and stores, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Test SAP configuration elements such as movement types, valuation classes, and storage locations to ensure seamless integration.
  • Perform backend testing for material documents and accounting entries, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression cycles for replenishment and shelf-level availability, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
  • Utilize experience with IDoc/interface validation, batch job monitoring (SM37), and reconciliation logic to streamline inventory processes.
