Job Title: Inventory Management Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong understanding of inventory management principles.

  1. Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking stock movements and identifying discrepancies.
  2. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  3. Develop and implement effective inventory control systems to minimize losses and optimize storage capacity.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
  5. Analyze data and reports to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle cases and requests from various stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution and high-quality service.
  • Process manual payouts, understand sold-to and ship-to parties, create sales orders, and check cancellation reports.
  • Communicate daily via email with all parties involved, ensuring requirements are fulfilled on time and in requested quality.
  • Investigate and fix all exceptions arising from the system.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
