Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Operational Staffing Consultant to leverage Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM) to optimize staffing and scheduling strategies. This role will contribute to operational efficiency by providing expertise in forecasting, scheduling, and workload planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop volume forecasting models using historical and real-time data to predict staffing needs.
  • Configure advanced scheduling tools to align workforce supply with business demand.
  • Design and implement workload planning strategies to improve labor allocation across teams and locations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and deliver scalable WFM solutions.
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Train end-users on best practices and ongoing usage of forecasting and scheduling tools.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Dayforce WFM with focus on forecasting, scheduling, and workload planning.
  • Strong understanding of workforce optimization in retail, healthcare, or service-based industries.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable staffing plans.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in Dayforce WFM implementations is highly preferred.
