Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Strategist to spearhead the development and scaling of fintech platforms.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a passion for leveraging technology to create meaningful impact in financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive technology strategies that drive business growth and innovation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, architect, and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
  • Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Work closely with product, business, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, best practices, and timely delivery of product features.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability for roadmap.
  • Oversee integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, and financial systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in software development, with at least 3–5 years in a lead/architect role.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and database design.
  • Experience with fintech, payments, lending platforms, or BFSI domain is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
