Job Overview:

The Fitness Manager is responsible for overseeing the training experience and revenue generation at a gym, ensuring seamless communication with internal teams and adherence to standard operating procedures. This role requires a certified trainer with 5+ years of experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proven success in team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular communication with the Format and Operations Teams on training experience and revenue matters.
  • Ensure achievement of agreed-upon metrics for training performance, personal training sessions, and revenue generation.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures for personal trainers, general trainers, leave management, and shift management.
  • Provide sufficient guidance on the gym floor to ensure a safe and effective training experience.
  • Proactively launch new product and experience features, collecting feedback and insights from members and trainers.
  • Maintain the proper working order of all gym facilities and arrange necessary maintenance.
  • Deliver exceptional personal training experiences by meeting benchmarks for PR, pack completion, and success rates.

Experience and Skill Requirements:

  • Certification from an internationally recognized body.
  • At least 5+ years of training delivery experience.
  • Strong motivation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Active CPR AED certification.
  • Proven success in team management and basic administrative skills, with experience using Google Sheets and Google Docs.
