Key Role: Customer Service and Operations Credit Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service and Operations Credit Analyst to deliver exceptional customer and business outcomes. The successful candidate will process, authorise, and investigate all transactions while identifying opportunities to enhance processes and provide an unparalleled customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Review loan applications, credit evaluations, and other documentation to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Authorise and investigate all credit operations transactions to defined key performance indicators and service level agreements
- Collect and analyse relevant information from customers and businesses to inform decision-making
- Continuously review and improve credit operations processes to enhance the customer and business experience

- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to understand and meet customer needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt to fast-paced environments
- Effective organisation and time management skills to deliver results under pressure
- Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs
