Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our dynamic Human Resources team at Interarch Building Products Ltd as a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding successful candidates.

Estimated Salary: ₹1200000 - ₹1500000 per annum

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the building products industry. As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, stakeholder collaboration, candidate screening, interview coordination, employer branding, data reporting, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

You will work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, provide recruitment strategies, and support decision-making. Your expertise in ATS, recruitment tools, and software will help you streamline the recruitment process and improve time-to-hire and quality of hire metrics.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Sourcing: Utilize diverse channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals) to attract candidates and build a talent pipeline.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with department heads to understand hiring needs, provide recruitment strategies, and support decision-making.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives, promoting the company's values and culture to potential candidates.
  • Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire), and report on recruitment outcomes to optimize processes.
  • Handling complete ATS work Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and internal policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proficiency in ATS, Recruitment Tools & Software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
