Branch Relationship Manager
About the RoleThis is a challenging opportunity to join our business as a Branch Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, interviewing and selecting sales executives with support from HR.
Responsibilities• To meet productivity measures for the unit such as Premium per executive, case rate, persistency, retention and high % of executives exceeding planned productivity standards.
• Exceed revenue targets by utilizing strategic selling skills and effectively managing the sales team.
• Conduct joint field work with executives to observe and demonstrate successful selling skills.
• Conduct fortnightly performance reviews (PRP) with executives to discuss their progress and set goals.
• Help executives use the GOLD system to maximize business from given target markets.
• Supervise daily activity plans of all executives to ensure they are fulfilled as per desired levels.
• Ensure that all executives under supervision perform according to company rules and regulations regarding need-based selling, compliance and customer service.
• Effectively manage, track and convert leads provided by the in-house telemarketing unit.
• Engage with customers to provide quick response to customer queries and provide customer service.
• Assist in direct customer service policyholder complaint resolution.
• Ensure retention of allocated book of relations.
• Educate team/prospects about MNYL products versus products of competition to enable them in taking appropriate decisions.
