Fundraising Leader Position

This role is crucial in igniting systemic change through learning programs, leadership development, and partnerships. As a fundraising leader, you will mobilize resources to fuel the movement's mission.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of direct fundraising experience with a proven track record in major gifts and institutional giving. They will possess a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications and be well-versed in donor management, digital marketing, and brand positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Fundraising Plan
    • Develop a comprehensive 3-year fundraising strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
    • Cultivate relationships with diverse stakeholders, including High Net Worth Individuals, Corporations, Foundations, and community donors.
  • Donor Engagement
    • Owning the full donor lifecycle from research to stewardship.
    • Designing multi-year giving vehicles such as anchor gifts, challenge funds, and catalytic grants.
  • Partnerships & External Relations
    • Representing the organization with credibility and building trust with diverse stakeholders.
    • Securing strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and high-influence networks.
  • Team Management
    • Leading fundraising efforts across the organization.
    • Collaborating with global teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Providing regular reports on fundraising progress, including pipeline health and donor retention.
